Leveraged Residual Income, My Favorite Phrase Of All Time

What is leveraged residual income? You may have heard online marketers speak about that in various opportunities so I want to define that as well as explain what to look for when you want to earn leveraged residual income.

The best example that most people can identify with of leveraged residual income is McDonald's and Ray Kroc. You can easily verify the story of how Ray realized the power of duplicating a successful hamburger restaurant in California by looking that up on Wikipedia.com.

McDonald's became wildly successful through the years and Ray became quite wealthy earnings residual income and leveraging the work of employees in hundreds, and today thousands, of McDonald's restaurants.

Because Ray developed and perfected the franchise concept he was handsomely rewarded because business entrepreneurs were eager to pay a modest royalty on the income they generated because Ray has perfected the day-to-day operations that guaranteed success.

I should point out that lots of other entrepreneurs have perfected their version of a franchise so Ray is not the only successful franchise owner.

So in a franchise the creator, like Ray Kroc in my example, earns a portion of the sales from all the franchises in the world. It may not seem like much but just 1% of the global sales from every McDonald's is an impressive monthly royalty for sure. When Ray Kroc died in 1984 he left an estate worth $500 million to his wife and when she died her estimated net worth was $1.2 million.

So it is for these reasons that franchises are sought after. First there is a proven business that has all the difficult variables figured out. No one has to figure out how to cook the hamburgers or where to get the supplies. All that is provided to the franchise owner with the condition that a portion of the sales are paid to the company headquarters.

And still to this day, the estate of Ray Kroc receives the royalties from all the McDonald's restaurants worldwide. What a powerful business model!

So if one is considering an online franchise I would have these recommendations to follow. Make sure that you are provided with everything you would need, from the websites, to the necessary tools, to the marketing procedures. There should be no guesswork at all.

The best online franchise would offer you a free account and support with no cost to try it as long as you like. And ultimately the products and/or services would be universally needed for average online marketers. And lastly the option to earn a percentage on every sale would be very important. Ray Kroc, if he were still alive, would insist on that for sure!
